      Pros

      A very caring and positive company, and this is the culture from top down to middle management. I have been with them for more than 5 years and I have never felt appreciated by the company. They support your efforts to improve yourself, either through conferences or taking extra classes. And they respect you and want you to do well. I would recommend this company to anyone who has good work ethics.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, pay increases are tied to government increases. But the benefits are good.

      Pros

      Hours are very flexible, and working from home isn't a problem at all. Very casual atmosphere, overrall good experience.

      Cons

      There can be some elitist tones sometimes, especially in middle management. Also there is no initiation for new hires, they're just thrown onto the project.
