      Pros

      Customers and contracts are very interesting, with exposure to transportation industry. Loyal coworkers and reasonable pay for market.

      Cons

      Declining benefits because of constant corporate shuffling since split from SAIC, management only recently looked improving at healthcare because CEO got sick. 40% corporate turnover in the last year is making customers worry and puts increasing burden on employees - with no approvals for overtime.

      Nice office accommodations. A very relaxed work environment with regular opportunities for advancement or lateral movement within the company.

      Cons

      In 2013 and 2014, the company was in a constant state of flux with many organizational and management changes that created a frustrating and difficult work environment.
