      Program Management Analyst

      Pros

      Interesting work. Since Roger Krone took over as CEO there seems to be a greater effort to gather employee feedback on benefits and talent development and there have been new initiatives started in those areas.

      Cons

      career paths/opportunities seem to be concentrated in program management mainly, which does not align with my career goals (corporate financial management) . However, If you are technical and/or looking for a project management career path this would be a Pro I assume

      Low Pay, No Bonuses, Little training

      Pros

      Coworkers are nice. They are flexible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Lack of training. Low pay. No bonuses. Only exposed to small parts of projects which makes you feel like a factory worker. All they care about is how billable you are. Recent grads should stay away as you won't get the experience you need to progress in your career.

      Pros

      Fairly decent pay and benefits, really felt part of a team following the split from SAIC.

      Cons

      Shift work and not enough employees to fulfill a good time off rotation for FSRs. Burnout became quickly apparent. Customer relocated away from location, rendering layoffs.
