      Company has no clear direction and is very concerning

      Pros

      Some of the people there are great and talented with hard work ethics. There are many avenues you can choose once established there with your career path.

      Cons

      Although you find those who telecommute often abuse the system and are always unreachable when they are listed on-call. Company has had several rounds of layoffs and it appears to not be getting any better. This location is on the verge of extinction and was once the headquarters of SAIC.

      Great benefits, pleasant work culture, treat their employees well.

      Cons

      At the mercy of the winning or renewal of government contracts. More jobs are moving to the branch back East. Top heavy with management.
