Pros
* Health Insurance is expensive and not many options * Be sure to ask everything about the project that you will be working on. I was told that I would be sitting at one location; when in fact, I was at another location that is harder to commute to. Also, ask specifically what job you will be doing; as I had to better define my job to the customer, when I started on my project.
Cons
The management is nice; and seem to be receptive to employees needs. However, it comes down to how happy you will be when working on your everyday task. You only see management now and then (on the average of 1 times every 2 months, maybe).
