      Pros

      Very flexible company to work for. I've been given a lot of space to create and manage a program/business under the Leidos umbrella.

      Cons

      High overhead costs are making it a challenge to compete with smaller, more efficient and streamlined companies.

      Pros

      Very supportive work environment and flexible telework arrangements. Benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Working via a government contract mechanism can be difficult at times in terms of job security. Few opportunities to advance for most positions.

      Pros

      Work is client based, so your work varies based on who your client(s) are. Quality of work/office varies depending on who you work under. Corporate HR and management are competent. Mostly good support amongst peers. Opportunity for learning. Good place for new hires for new learning out of college.

      Cons

      If work is tied to one client, you are limited in work. Especially true for the office I am at. Stuck with one client so work is boring/tedious most of the time. When work has to get reviewed before getting sent to client, it gets bottlenecked due to lack of experienced high level engineers/managers. That in turn slows progress and quality of work goes down in addition to morale.
