      Pros

      I have the opportunity to learn a lot in a fast paced environment. The technology I get to use is innovative and fresh. My team wants me to succeed, and they provide a lot of guidance.

      Cons

      I don't get to hear from senior management a lot, therefore I don't know what direction the company is looking to move into. This is a government consulting company, so it would be nice to collaborate with people on other projects.

      Pros

      Lots of smart people working there.

      Cons

      Primary business is defense. Defense contracting is all about the lowest cost these days, so the company can no longer afford the smart people that made SAIC/Leidos great.
