      Poor Management - rarely check in with you, not considerate of flexible working. No clear direction on what needs to be achieved and who is doing what. Poor onboarding - left to your own devices with a very unclear schedule for onboarding Poor attitude - meetings often involve no agenda, slagging off the customer and lots of inappropriate comments.
