Opportunity to provide a public service if you aren't lucky enough to find a job in the federal government.
Cons
Company split from SAIC after the City Time Corruption scandal when SAIC agreed to pay a record $500 million to avoid federal prosecution. New company is trying to sweep under the rug the massive fraud and scandal they oversaw at SAIC. New company has no strategic plan for the future. No pay raises, frequent lay-offs, frequent reduction in benefits (for example the company recently changed it's retirement plan, even for many long term employees). Indecisive management that doesn't seem to care about employees.
