      Leadership is not experienced across other industries and only value their own experiences as a way to accomplish things. Senior leaders micro manage becuase they lack awareness from other industries.

      - Set work hours - Set pay - Transfer within company to a stateside position

      Cons

      - Management does not listen to employee concerns - No way to file an anonymous HR complaint against management because management here at the Camp Humphreys location, oversees those complaints - Camp Humphreys location handles 10 times the workload any other pacific site does and was told from the company they do not and will not compensate for workload, only if you come up with a way to save the company money. - No growth opportunities
