Leadership structure is pretty awful. Upper management, I.E. DPM's and upward are pretty discourteous. I am a pretty thick skinned guy, but I genuinely feel bad for my peers. I have never see people get treated so badly. Profanity, put downs, lack of communication, a refusal to communicate via email, thus not affording the low level leads an opportunity to get directives in writing. Constantly changing the way you want things done and acting as if the employees got the orders wrong all along. Nepotism, maybe a hint of bigotry.
