      Pros

      If you're into government work and government contracts, then this could be the place for you. They still have residual "street cred" from the work that SAIC performed for government contracts.

      Cons

      After the split from SAIC, Leidos appears to be struggling with its identity. I think they are still trying to figure out what they want to be when they grow up.
