      Great people to work with, but poor work/life balance.

      Pros

      Excellent co-workers with a wide range of experience. An environment where people want to share knowledge with their fellow analysts. I feel like many of my teammates have my back and want to see me do well.

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance and haphazard management. Medication by fear of consequences rather than more positive means.

      Pros

      Good vision and concept. CEO and CIO are good people. Decent annual training budget ($3000 per employee). Health benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Poor execution of vision and concept. Political environment with turf challenges. Sales model is not as solid as it could be. Compensation is par with industry though HR processes are lacking (job descriptions, performance reviews, compensation management, paid time off policies).
