      There are some very wonderful people. The programs I worked were very well managed and Sucessful.

      Merger and changes. Too many policy changes without communication. Layoffs, poor marketing of new name

      Takes a few months to get the hang of it and keeps you busy, but you never have to take work home.

      Pros

      Good people and everybody is pretty friendly. They don't mind if you eat your lunch while you work so you can avoid taking a break and they sometimes provide lunch (maybe once or twice a month)

      Cons

      It's an office job. Cubicles and computers. Not a lot of interaction with other people except through email. Sometimes stressful to meet deadlines.
