Pros
I learned a few things from the few smart people they had there. Most just punching a clock and trying to navigate the politics which run pretty high. I would take this job only to add some skills I needed to my resume and then I would move on after two years.
Cons
Lousy 401(k) with a terrible investing schedule. And they make you provide a formal certified certificate of marriage to get their health insurance. It’s as if they don’t trust the employee at all.
