      Pay and Experience depend entirely on who you report to

      Pros

      Company has great culture, great Quality presence in scope structure, and solid resources to support quality execution.

      Cons

      Your pay and day to day experience are highly dependent on who you report to. There are significant disparities between people of the same title/role in what’s expected and what’s paid and there’s no way to choose your destiny in that regard. Like most contractors, expect minimal training, learning is as you go, start out running on billable hours and PTO is extremely limited.

      - Plenty of events to network with other professionals. - Supportive project team if you are in the right program/project. - Location is central to Melbourne CBD, easy to travel to work.

      Cons

      If you are joining Program Execution (an enabling function within the organisation), you might want to think again. There's isn't much career progressing in this team and not much graduate support if you are recruited for the graduate program. People have moved from this team for a reason as there is limited work to be distributed. There's a lot of favouritism behaviour within this team and you are most likely to be neglected and unrecognised if you are unable to reach out. Senior Management within this team is rigid and does not have your back. The other programs are worth working in as there are many career opportunities available, and pipeline of work is consistent.
