Poor culture and leadership. No trust in employees and always out to get you.

This is without a doubt the worst company I have worked, ever since the new ceo of Australia Paul Chase took over the company has been losing contracts left right and centre, the executive team all hate each other but refuse to leave, they've been the same executives for about 10 years so it's just a tired old boys club that refuses to get with the times, after 5 years I was walked out the door due to a four hour discrepancy that could have been made up or paid back, about a month later I found out the team had lost their contract and everyone was being made redundant and I was let go as a way not to pay me my redundancy
