      Pros

      I think the pay is good enough compare to current economic downturn.

      Cons

      Avoid OFF-SITE group. The manager rarely shows up at work place or participate in day to day development. But, having a few people in the team who act as KGB and report to him. So, your values depend on how well you appease his puppets. That is how they define TEAM WORK :)

      Pros

      Leidos has good benefits and depending upon the contract good pay... but their timecards are a joke. You can get cut pay if you do less than 40 hours but you will not get additional pay for working more than 40 hours. Highly unethical.

      Cons

      Horrible, self-centered program managers and junior Vice Presidents. My immediate boss was clueless - she had 20 years less experience and a Bachelors degree. Team members had Masters and Doctorate degrees and 30 to 40 years experience in the military and industry. She "rated" each of us but had no clue as to what type work we actually did. Furthermore, none of the employees received bonuses even though the customer gave us outstanding ratings ... in contrast the PM got a bonus for running a tight ship (clueless witch)

      Pros

      Good group of people despite the cliques. The work is satisfying. Free coffee and bathrooms are almost always functional.

      Cons

      Nepotism Low salaries A very cliquey work environment, where certain groups get away with outrageous behavior while others are treated like disposable diapers.
