      Strong cohesion within function and other functional areas in support of the line Culture Communication Worklife balance

      Cons

      Something I'd say most are grappling with in our space - the challenges that come with rapid change, I may be physically far away from HQ, but have the leaders, teammates, tools and resources to continuously be plugged in to be effective. Goes both ways.
