      One Star for the flexible hours, and another star for the good coworkers

      Flexible hours, and good coworkers.

      Cons

      Management is shady and keeps employees out of the loop on important decisions. Bureaucratic culture causes some employee to be mistreated, and limits advancement opportunities. Raise is insulting and/or nonexistent. Workplace tends to attract cutthroat, neurotic workaholics, or apathetic people, and these tend to be the people that run the company.

      Manager likes to use employees at door mats to step on. Projects are redundant and repetitive.

      Lowball pay, change titles so they can lower pay of what you actually do. Benefits were not really benefits at all. Manager was a joke.
