If you are lucky, you might get good managers. I know mine worked with me throughout my visa process. Good as a starting job

Cons

-Contract based- Contracting companies can have different management style, process, etc. which could affect employees. - Benefits are just okay. Limited PTO and benefits. - Not many chances of promotions and growth. Or salary increase. Although they do have mentor programs, etc. if you want to leverage that.
