Pros

None, other than decent benefits/401k etc... Free low-quality swag.

Cons

No/limited communication/oversight from management. No career progression. Hires resume-builders that don't know anything, basically just placeholders. Management has incompetent persons who influence other teams outside of their roles. As soon as poop hits the fan, they start blaming the other teams even though it was their idea from the start. Project is in total chaos, you give good ideas but are never executed, no point of trying to contribute to the team as it will never be done, or they stack it all on the few people who even know what they are doing. Little regard for product/quality. No code reviews. Facade- wants to make program look good on paper.

Pros

Tried hard to think but I guess they don't have much.

Cons

Each employee is treated as sack of money. they abruptly end the contracts with out any notice forget 2 week notice. They don't even pay promised severence package. HR does not respond when tHey know the employee is going to leave. if you are going to join as a software web developer, be prepared to handle bad code. Code lacks mettle and you frequently need to support for some one else's bugs. They hire non immigrants but do not take care of immigration troubles, if you are on non immigrant visa beware you would be risking your status. They don't have enough projects for non immigrant workers. They also break the law by charging a portion of immigration expense which are cleverly charged to different bucket.
