      - Collaborative culture with a management open-door policy - Management is supportive and hands on when it comes to professional progress - Big company, but it is a company that deals mostly in contracts so you deal mostly with your team which makes it feel like a small company. - Wonderful teammates - Lots of ways to advance your career by increasing your knowledge and skills. Great learning programs and assistance with educational opportunities - Great work-life balance with WFH opportunities and vacation days. - 401k matching and the stock is doing well

      - Laptops are outdated and slow - Most jobs are contracts so job security is an issue - Some of the best opportunities require relocation - The company activities are close to non-existent so it is difficult to get to know the other contract teams in the area
