      Pros

      Complain and you will get a huge raise. Rarely overtime in the office and not much in the service center.

      Cons

      No professional ethics. Treat employees like dirt to be walked on. Back-stabbing everywhere in this dog-eat-dog place.

      Pros

      Good pay, 8-5, job security, because they can't afford to fire anyone. It's better than being unemployed...

      Cons

      Management bullies employees publicly, to the point where turnover is out of control. HR is no help, and the company is completely inflexible in trying to make the job at least bearable. The office is horribly out of date, and the heat kicks on by midday, even when it is 80 degrees outside. Whenever people leave, their job duties are foisted on others with no pay increase or discussion about managing workloads. Communication only happens when there is a problem, and then management overreacts and acts unprofessionally.
