ppl don't necessarily understand that working for such a company is for the long run! Even-though that this company adjust metrics to excellence quicker than any company I worked for in the past, there are still some ppl that expect that we should improve quicker

* Toxic * Feeling like they are trying to find any hack for saving money in expense of employees - for example there's a policy to not discuss pay increase after 1 year but only 2 -- but they will tell you that before you 1 year is over. * A lot and too much politics in the department, makes it hard to get the job done. * Putting people down instead of growing them. * Not enough learning opportunities, looking to use you and toss you * Bad middle management and senior management does not appreciate real feedback
