Pros
-encouraging and supportive upper management -positive work environment (I’ve worked in toxic work environments and it’s the complete opposite here) -people are genuinely nice and truly want you to succeed - opportunities to learn -company truly cares about doing good in the world
Cons
-there are none in my opinion -there is a lot of work to do as this is a fast growing company but your efforts will never go unnoticed and you will feel appreciated
