The entire company is a money making scam for the C-Suite. The pay is very low compared to industry average, yet they will try to convince you that you’re compensated fairly. Most of the leadership, top to bottom, are way in over their heads, and are severely under-qualified for the job. Lemonade tends to hire these types of people in management in order to trap them in, because they know they’d never find a comparable job that they would actually qualify for. There is no accountability whatsoever for doing a poor job, and as long as you bow your head and pray at the church of Lemonade, your job will be safe.
