Great owner who is always looking to grow. They empower their employees to make their own decisions and stay away from micromanaging. Pay-plans are fair and the objectives/goals are reasonable.

I don't have anything bad to say. Overall I feel I work for an amazing company.

I have been with the Len Stoler group for more than 12 years. The Stoler group has created a true team culture that ensures everyone is successful in their roles. There is unlimited room for growth and great work/ life balance. I am truly grateful to be a part of this outstanding team!
