Pros

Mr. Stoler is a sweet guy; decent pay and fair hours. Location is close to restaurants and other businesses. Wayne is also a decent man.

Cons

High turnover. Gossip. Poor management. Fights, affairs, clicks. Large, gaping division between management and employees. It's like being in middle school all over again.

Pros

Great Product to sell. Corporate has your back with training. Part and Service are very helpful in cleaning after the sales department.

Cons

Poor inventory. Management isn't supportive. HIGH rate of turnover. Owners do not take the Porsche or Audi brand seriously. Poor marketing. Treat customers poorly. Flood the floor with sales consultants. Don't hire employees with any experience nor provide training

Pros

The People who work there are really nice and they like each other and work well as a team, they treat customers really well/ as an Advisor there I bought customers lunch, (out of my pocket).

Cons

Upper management has no real concept of the challenges faced by the service and sales departments. They steal from their employees pay checks. Upon resignation or termination they do not pay people the commission they are due for the month prior. They also fail to provide any documentation . They are unethical and probably borderline illegally, with holding pay from employees.
