Pros

All I can think of is the mediocre salary.

Cons

The high employee turnover rate of Lendbuzz can be blamed on the company’s problematic leaders. Not a day goes by that our managers don’t insult or yell at us in the workplace. Senior employees here are already used to the verbal abuse and humiliation, and this kind of toxic and awful culture is normalized in this company. Also, many of our supervisors are very unprofessional and rude. They are very disrespectful, and they look down on us and treat us like trash. Employees don’t matter to these horrible and problematic leaders.

Micromanagement and limited growth outweigh the perks

Pros

Catered food is provided. The workload is generally low stress. Some coworkers are friendly and pleasant to work with, but this Micromanagement is the norm rather than the exception, with little autonomy in day-to-day work. There is no clear or communicated career growth trajectory, which makes long-term planning difficult. Communication from leadership is often delivered in an unprofessional or abrupt manner, especially around sensitive topics. There is also very little flexibility around arrival times to the office, even when the nature of the work would reasonably allow it. Continued learning and professional development are not meaningfully supported, and requests for training resources or certifications are typically declined.varies significantly by team.

Pros

Exposure to a fast-moving environment that pushes rapid decision-making.

Cons

From early on, it became clear that speed and output were prioritized far more than long-term sustainability. Deadlines were aggressive, often without considering workload or downstream impact. Decisions felt rushed, which led to frequent pivots and unnecessary stress. The constant urgency made it difficult to focus on quality or improvement. Burnout felt inevitable under this model.
