Pros
Nice campus in Riverside. My VP of Development was a good man and tried to work with me on certain issues.
Cons
Pay is lowest in the region. Will end up working overnights and weekends if you are in IT or development. Half of the people you will meet are either horrible at their job or completely maladjusted to working in a high stress environment. Pay raises barely keep up with inflation (3% a year). Little to no professional training offered. Clients (national banks) are really awful to work with.
