excellent hourly wage very accommodating managers

internal job promotion is slow and to much red tape, I've worked for them for 2 years i have a BA in business management and have applied for several positions within the company the time for them to respond is several weeks if not months, i have a degree and experience with in the company yet they have me doing work that requires neither. i have started to explore other careers for this reason
