      Pros

      Comparable to government job quality, slow working, stay low - and will be good.

      Cons

      Toxic, blaming culture, no one gives a penny about new employees. Response time from others takes days, dishonesty and insecurity is rampant. Code quality, standards and morality are of lowest. Beside some decent people across the company, is pretty bad. No prospects for growths.

      - Limited career progression opportunities - Very fast paced, "MVP" attitude and quality of work can suffer as a result - Lots of pivoting and shifting of business priorities
