Pros

Management engages with employees daily and are very professional and respectful regarding how they handle issues within the company. You’re always encouraged to do your best and coached in areas of weakness. There’s no on micromanaging, they show appreciation to staff in so many ways. This is by far the best group of people and company that I’ve ever worked with and for.

Cons

The pay could be better but they definitely supplement by providing other employee perks. Not a fan of working every Saturday to start but otherwise it’s pretty cool

Pros

Everyone is very easily approachable. Even before joining in I had got in touch and received tips and advice from few employees. Everyone seems to love coming to work. Good benefits and compensation. High growth and rapidly expanding, hence ton of opportunities in tech sector. Good interviewing structure. Talented peers in software engineering !!

Cons

Smaller office and location in Charlotte would be a con (somewhat) but we are moving to brand new offices soon !!!

Pros

For the holiday season, the company handed each employee $200 in cash to give to any person or charity in need. That is so cool! No other company I've worked for has done that. Makes me proud to be an employee of LendingTree. Plenty of independence and opportunities to take charge. Awesome CEO who is a hard core entrepreneur. Great emphasis on health and wellness. Quarterly bonuses.

Cons

Too many meetings is the biggest drawback. Also- more a comment on the financial world in general not this company specifically, but there are some people who act like they understand things when they actually don't. Too many people are reluctant to admit things they don't know because they're worried they are going to look stupid.
