Pros

This is more of a resume' builder than a career Hours are M-F 8:30-5:30 Company is owned by BB&T and the benefits are great

Cons

You wear too many hats. There is limited room for professional growth. The pay raises are terrible. It has to be a stepping stone to something better; I can't imagine making it a career

Pros

It is a very laid back atmosphere, and it is also very supportive of individuality and creativity. They always encourage their employees to think outside of the box , which makes me feel valued for my differences, instead of looked down on for my differences.

Cons

it can be somewhat of a challenge with the book keeping, becuase some of it is done on the branch level, while other parts are done in accounting. I have a jarge list of different expenses that have to be interofficed, faxed, or just paid in the branch. I'm sure that they have their reasons for it, though.
