Pros

I have greatly enjoyed my time at Lendmark. I have learned so much that can help me with my future career in finance. *Great competitive pay from what I have heard *the company pays for your insurance licenses *The company ACTUALLY cares which is wild (and so sad that other companies don’t even bother) *Bonuses based on team effort *Free goodies and gifts from corporate several times a year and sometimes addressed to you specifically.

Cons

*long hours (Saturdays are a must at the end of the month which isn’t fun but seems standard) *No one can keep up with the policies due to them changing so often. *It can be hard to balance all of the inbound and outbound calls, Loans, and side work since you have goals you must hit for each.

Pros

Easy tasks, always busy so it makes the days go by fast.

Cons

There is no work-life balance. You have to work the last two Saturday's of each month along with working late a few nights per month.
