Pros

Family-like feel, great support, innovative, and forward-thinking company. Coming to Lendz you are coming to a company that not only cares about you and your success but a company that truly cares about the broker experience.

Cons

Personally, I don't have cons to share. Every company is going to have a few bumps along the way but there is nothing significant enough here to share that I would consider a con. Anytime something pops up management is fast to fix or make it right.

Great place to work, small team so it feels like family. Really love the energy and vibe at this company.

Cons

Becuase the company is so small, some of the workflows arent fully set but since my time here it has improved month to month.

Pros

I’ve been with the company for almost two years and have had the opportunity to grow through three different roles. One of the biggest strengths of the organization is the opportunity for internal growth and career development. Leadership recognizes hard work and is willing to invest in employees who are eager to learn and take on new challenges. I’ve gained valuable experience, developed new skills, and have always felt supported in my professional growth. The team is collaborative, and there are plenty of opportunities to expand your knowledge if you’re willing to put in the effort. It’s a great work environment & all of my colleagues are always willing to help in anyway possible. I truly love it here at Lendz! I come from a toxic work environment and this is just not that at all!!!

Cons

Not really a con but there can be periods of change as the organization evolves, so being adaptable is important. Lendz is constantly focused on streamlining processes and maintaining clear communication which will make an already strong workplace even better.
