Pros

I absolutely loved worked at LMC back in 2017 - 2019. One of the best jobs I ever had with lots of training and support. No one is was toxic in corporate either.

Cons

None that I can think of.

- Friendly staff - Great commission on leases - Continued training provided - Open to new ideas from employees - Several paid holidays

Cons

Due to COVD-19 only one associate is allowed to work in the office at a time. This is great for the health and safety of the employees, but the office runs smoother with the whole team in office.
