Pros
Had a lot of freedom having a unique job position with them. Worked on multiple projects at a time assisting with Project Engineer duties and maintaining Procore projects.
Cons
Never got one raise or bonus in 3 years of service. New management created a passive/aggressive work environment. Thrown to the side at the end of the time spent with them as if I never existed there in the first place. Management and director of human resources decided to make changes and I got thrown out like a piece of trash.
