Decent place to work with good benefits

Pros

Free tuition and other benefits are great. Pay seems to me like it's above average for experience. Staff is small so good relations across departments.

Cons

Employees at satellite campuses are treated like second class. Administration makes promises that they don't keep. I've been told that others have not gotten raises despite being employed for years.

Pros

Coworkers are a close knit group, helpful in a lot of ways. Management is great about needing time off it you need it.

Cons

Because i is a private university, salaries are lower than what you would get somewhere else for the same amount of work. Understaffed in some areas.
