Toxic workplace

Pros

Day off for volunteering, some parties in the company seem to care about having a positive social impact outside of the company.

Cons

Very poor (and often total lack of) communication and training - my former manager simply refused to train me on parts of my job. Bullying, condescension, and gaslighting are seen as acceptable behaviors for managers to engage in. You are not supported or valued at this firm.
