Overworking is the Culture

Pros

good benefits + PTO x

Cons

This is by far the worst agency I've ever worked at. Being overworked and feeling underwater is the norm, and you're encouraged to shut up and be grateful that you're there, even if you're at your wit's end. People are so obsessed with the mere fact that they work at a place with a big name (despite the agency doing poorly on the inside) that they are willing to do anything to keep working there, including selling their soul. Embarrassing overuse/abuse of AI. In general, people are downright mean and willing to steal ideas, while the rest of the group sits by watching as it happens. Regularly talked down to and disrespected by my higher-ups, and worked ungodly hours. Oh, and almost nothing actually gets done/made/produced. Expect to have no relationship with your manager as they won't have time. The people who love it here are brainwashed and majorly drinking the kool-aid. Remember, this is a company that can't afford to bump up your pay by $2K each year or give you a bonus, but they can afford a >$1million dollar party each year. Hope it's worth it!
