Every day you will get new challenges. You will be exposed to a lot of things as Leoforce has a good tech stack. Weekly tech sessions help you a lot in learning. Annual performance reviews and Good hikes as well. Friendly people.

Cons

As it's still a start-up, you cannot expect many fun activities / team outings.
