      1. Great Team, almost like a family 2. Solid support and encouragement from management and enough freedom to "own" the work we do. 3. Opportunity to witness the entire product lifecycle and development end to end. 4. Work with many tech stacks and freedom to channelise our efforts in the area we are interested and strong in. 5. Transparency and clarity in all the processes throughout the organization. 6. Last and most important, solving complex tech problems within the specified constraints. This is what keeps the team glued together always and enhances the bonding.

      Cons

      Not really cons but, Extracurricular and Fun activities can be planned more frequently and in a better way.

      Pros

      Tech team at leoforce is really awesome. They do care about their employees and their growth. I really like the tech team culture of knowledge sharing within the team which automatically keeps you updated about the technologies. They provided complete work from home during the covid time and never had a lot of pressure regarding the work. Work life balance is also good here. Sumant (director of engineering) is a awesome guy, nice to get a chance to work under him.

      Nothing as such, everything is going fine here.

      Nice environment, good tech discussion, open to new technologies and ideas, designation doesn't matter work does

      Cons

      Better work management and planning but you can ignore in a startup. They can give more employee benefits
