Many opportunity to learn new technologies. High growth trajectory and employees have opportunity to solve variety of problems. Anyone can walk to anyone irrespective of level and share the ideas, suggestion or issues. Flexible work hour and WFH is one plus pint and leaves are not an issue as long as your works get done.

Nothing as of now apart from some process improvement.
