      Pros

      I find that Leonardo Helicopters offers the best compromise between all the factors that make a job worthwhile. Yes, the company has a reputation for lower pay, but the product and variety of day-to-day work helps it tick every other box. If you want to push paper at Thales or MBDA for an extra £10k, then be my guest.
