Locally, an excellent boss, lots of flexibility and kindness.

Cons

Management is based in Virginia, no raise or bonus after one year of work, poor communication with changes to company, no 401K match, and only 10 days (vacation and sick combined) for leave..and that does not change if you are with company 1 year or 10 years

My division had a 9/80 work week. This allows every other Friday off. They are pretty flexible on start and end times as well as work locations.

Cons

Work truly earn every cent of your paycheck. I stated that you can get every other Friday off but I rarely get the chance to take advantage of that. I work over 40 hours every week without fail and have for the past 8 years. There is only one person that can do "your' job so taking time off is very hard. You have to take your work on vacation with you most of the time (laptop, cell phone, etc). The deadlines are unreasonable and they try to get as much work out of one person as possible. It makes it very hard to be truly good at what you do when you are asked to do so much.
