      Pros

      Great people to work with. Management makes a concerted effort to tell you how things are going so you know where you stand. If asked, I would return to work there in a heartbeat.

      Cons

      80% of business is tied to Government. Since the government can't figure out what they want to do, they keep moving work out into the next year. As a business, you can't sustain so you must lay people off. Several RIFs in last 2 years. Finally caught up to me. Not their fault.

      9/80 work week with every other Friday off (sometimes!!)

      Cons

      The worst experience of my life. Management is made up of former Hamilton Sundstrand employees. If you didn't work at Hamilton Sundstrand then don't bother trying to fit in. They run the place like the mafia. Management by intimidation.
