      Pros

      Decent Pay and Benefits and nice locations.

      Cons

      Inhumane. Unrealistic expectations... Lured me in through a position offer. Left employer, sold my home and contracted a new home. 19 days on the job, before relocation completion, walked me to the door without cause with no compassion for the position they placed me and my family, unemployed and homeless. Except nothing short of an employment contract. Local opportunities only.

      Earlier years the company was great to work for, after DRS bought company went down hill

      Pros

      When I had found myself suddenly a single mom because of the death of my husband, they worked with me to keep my kids school schedule and work schedule

      Cons

      After DRS bought the former GAC company, they started dismanteling the company until they succeeded in shutting the division down without any concern for the great group of people they were putting on the unemployment line

      Pros

      Good benefits. Part of a large company so the 401K, insurance, etc. are all very good.

      Cons

      Management in the local area as well as the offices in St. Louis are clueless about how to effectively manage people for a company to be successful. On top of this, there are a few "rotten apples in the barrel" that even further dragging the company under. A general culture of stabbing people in the back to promote yourself is rampant. Future is really uncertain.
