Good benefits. Access to advanced technology. Excellent marketing coverage and trade show participation. Top rate manufacturing organization. Good opportunities for entry level engineers.

Cons

Constant conflicts among organizations. Bloated and bureaucratic organization. Focused on all of the wrong parameters when it comes to program management. Senior Leadership has absolutely no clue how to run a business. Engineering very weak.
